The Multiroir Group strengthens its hospitality division with the acquisition of Éclat de France

The Multiroir Group has reached a new milestone in its development. On 30 September 2025, we formalised the acquisition of the business assets of Éclat de France, a renowned French manufacturer of drying and polishing machines for glasses, cutlery and silverware. This transaction is fully in line with our external growth strategy and strengthens our CHR (Cafés, Hotels, Restaurants) division, already represented by our long-standing Lobrot brand.

A further step in our sector-focused development strategy

For several years, the Multiroir Group has structured its growth around three complementary business units:

  • Multiroir: storage, organization and packaging solutions for professionals.
  • Mdose: specialist in hospital logistics.
  • Lobrot: a historic expert in CHR and professional food-service equipment.

The integration of Éclat de France naturally strengthens the CHR division, bringing unique expertise in the care, maintenance and presentation of tableware and cutlery.

Today, the group employs 35 people, generates €11 million in revenue, and operates across two locations:

  • our headquarters in Périgny-sur-Yerres (94),
  • a logistics center and assembly workshop in Ascoux (45).

Éclat de France: 30 Years of expertise serving CHR professionals

Founded in 1995 by Bruno Magne, Éclat de France has established itself as a key player in its market. The company has developed a full range of equipment meeting the highest standards of the CHR sector in terms of hygiene, speed of execution and quality of finish.

Its solutions include:

  • glass wiping and polishing machines,
  • cutlery dryers and polishers,
  • silverware burnishers,
  • modular washing lines,
  • bottle coolers and professional cleaning products.

With more than 3,500 machines in service and a client portfolio including Lenôtre, Potel & Chabot, Sodexo Prestige, the Hyatt Regency, Le Bristol, Le Meurice and even the Élysée Palace, Éclat de France enjoys a strong reputation for excellence in the sector.

A coherent integration, focused on the future

This acquisition enables the Multiroir Group to accelerate its development across several strategic areas:

Strengthening technical expertise

The integration of Éclat de France’s know-how in the manufacturing of professional machines enhances our industrial capabilities and technical expertise.

Commercial synergies

Our sales teams will now be able to offer the Éclat de France product range to our CHR customers, while introducing Lobrot and Multiroir solutions to Éclat de France’s long-standing clients.

Stronger commitment to “Made in France”

Éclat de France machines are designed and assembled in France. Their production will now take place in our Ascoux workshop, enabling improved industrial control and shorter lead times.

Operational optimization

The centralization of assembly operations in Ascoux will generate economies of scale and ensure smoother production management.

A supported transition

To ensure a smooth integration, Bruno Magne, founder of Éclat de France, will support the group over an extended period to ensure the full transfer of expertise and continuity of customer relationships.

The operational management will be led by:

  • François CUNIERE, Sales Manager,
  • Hugues CIESLINSKI, Production Manager.

As a true Jack-of-all-trades, I am interested in all subjects (computers, storage, sports, hygiene...). But as a great gourmet, I admit to dwelling more on subjects dedicated to the restaurant business and everything that surrounds it.
