What is EcoVadis certification?

EcoVadis is the world’s leading CSR rating platform, used by more than 130,000 companies across 175 countries to assess supplier performance against sustainability criteria. The EcoVadis evaluation is based on four fundamental pillars:

• Environment: carbon footprint, energy and water consumption, waste management, and responsible sourcing policies.
• Social: working conditions, employee health and safety, and social dialogue.
• Ethics: anti-corruption measures, data protection, and fair business practices.
• Responsible procurement: integration of CSR criteria throughout the supply chain.

The “Committed” medal is awarded to companies whose CSR approach is structured, documented, and continuously improving. It reflects an active policy rather than a purely declarative one across all these dimensions.
