Hermetic lid INOX 201 - GN 1/6
Thanks to its recessed handle, the hermetically sealed stainless steel lid is easy to handle. It has a silicone seal and a valve to release the pressure. It is not suitable for use in ovens or on trays less than 6.5 cm high. Its maximum operating temperature is 100°C, and it is dishwasher-safe for easy cleaning.
